A short-lived project of American jazz musicians experimenting with very early jazz-rock fusion. The lineup included three future jazz stars: flutist Jeremy Steig (hence the "Jeremy" in the band's name), keyboardist Warren Bernhardt, and bassist Edgar "Eddie" Gomez.
