The Madani government has strengthened nationwide preparedness for the Northeast Monsoon through enhanced inter-agency coordination, including the Malaysian Armed Forces.

Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil revealed that the Department of Irrigation and Drainage has identified 3,682 flood-prone areas across the country.
