A fisherman said he was startled upon finding and rescuing a Rohingya refugee from the sea after a boat capsized off Pulau Langkawi.
Muhd Azham Azmi told Reuters that he spotted the woman, drifting motionless about two nautical miles from shore while he was out fishing around 6.50pm on Saturday (Nov 8).
