Jubilee Hills By Election. Jubilee Hills by-election polling has ended. The polling, which began at 7 am, ended at 6 pm. Those in the queue before 6 pm are being given the opportunity to vote. However, as usual, Jubilee Hills seems to have registered a low turnout this time.
