Shah confirmed the blast occurred around 7 PM in a Hyundai i20 car at Subhash Marg, injuring several and damaging vehicles. He said NSG, NIA, and FSL teams are investigating all angles, including CCTV footage. Shah also spoke with top Delhi Police officials and announced he will visit the blast site and hospital personally.
