In a joint operation, Haryana and J&K Police arrested a doctor and a Muslim cleric from Faridabad after recovering a large quantity of IED-making material and ammunition. The cleric’s wife said he had served the mosque for 20 years, while the doctor, from Kashmir, visited daily for prayers.
