Typhoon 'Tino' (international name: Kalmaegi) floods highways, damages homes in Cebu

At least 26 people have been killed and hundreds of thousands displaced as rains driven by Typhoon 'Tino' flood swathes of the central Philippines on Nov. 4, 2025. Entire towns on the island of Cebu were inundated, and the island's Transcentral Highway has been rendered impassable due to landslides and fallen trees.
