Marcos Jr., together with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and other ASEAN heads of state, signs the Declaration on the Admission of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste into ASEAN during the signing ceremony held at the KL Convention Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Sunday, Oct. 26.
