In another social media post early Friday morning, U.S. President Donald Trump also accused Canada of trying to “illegally influence the United States Supreme Court in one of the most important rulings in the history of our country (whether tariffs are legal).

That case will be heard in early November, and Trump has suggested he may even attend in person.

The Supreme Court’s decision carries consequences for dozens of countries facing those tariffs. Jackson Proskow reports.
