ICE agents violently dragged a legally blind man protesting outside a Portland ICE facility. The protester, 36-year-old Quinn Harberl, was detained for about an hour and later hospitalized with bruising on his neck and arms. He told The Oregonian he believes agents targeted him to “make a point.”
