Police urge the driver of a car stolen in Wigan to come forward after it hit a boy and caused 'catastrophic' injuries. The 15-year-old boy was riding his bicycle when he was in a head-on collision with a dark silver Honda Civic on Bracknell Avenue in Kirkby on Sunday, December 22. He suffered extensive injuries which resulted in him having a leg amputated.
