The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Monday, October 13, that the easterlies—warm winds from the Pacific Ocean—will continue to affect the eastern sections of Luzon and the Visayas, bringing cloudy skies and scattered rains to several areas.
