A group of 137 activists detained by Israel for attempting to deliver aid to Gaza arrived in Istanbul, Turkiye after being deported, with two alleging that Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg was mistreated in custody.

Another activist reported poor conditions, including lack of clean food and water and confiscation of belongings during detention.
