Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has directed that immediate assistance be provided to victims of the recent longhouse fire in Austin Ikew, Song, Sarawak.

Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil told a press conference after the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday (Oct 1) that aid to be expedited for 76 people from 20 families displaced by the fire.
