At the 80th UN General Assembly, India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar sent a pointed message to Pakistan. Without naming it, he called it an epicentre of global terrorism, highlighting that for decades, major international terrorist attacks have been traced back to that country, and that UN lists of terrorists are filled with its nationals.
