The Shah Alam High Court on Tuesday (Sept 9) fixed Oct 30 to decide on the representation by GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Nasiruddin Mohd Ali and 21 other individuals for a review of the charge made against them for being members of an organised crime group.

Judge Datuk Seri Latifah Mohd Tahar set the date after Deputy Public Prosecutor Norinna Bahadun informed the court that the Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) needed time to review the representation.
