U.S. Commerce Secy Howard Lutnick on September 05, made a ‘non-friendly’ statement against India. Lutnick stated that despite India’s clear position to continue oil purchasing from Russia, India would return to table to make deal with US in coming months. Secy Lutnick in an interview with ‘Bloomberg TV’ said, 'in a month or two months, I think India is going to be at the table.'
