Kevin Kiley (R-CA) claimed a group named CHIRLA allegedly organized riots in Los Angeles, California, that broke out earlier this year over Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents' presence, is now "leading the grassroots organizing" for Gov. Gavin Newsom's (D-CA) congressional redistricting push.
