The High Court will decide tomorrow (Aug 26) whether to allow the exhumation of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Reserve Officers Training Unit (Palapes) trainee Syamsul Haris Shamsudin’s grave for a second post-mortem.

Justice Datuk Bhupindar Singh Gurcharan Singh Preet said the court required time to review an affidavit recently filed by the applicant.
