Not getting an autopsy done following Zara Qairina Mahathir's death was against protocol, said Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) director Comm Datuk M. Kumar in a press conference on Aug 13, adding that an internal investigation will be conducted on the investigation officer and supervisor.
