To boost youth participation, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government will introduce the Perkasa TVET Madani Financing Scheme and TVET Training Fund.

When tabling the 13th Malaysian Plan (RMK13) in Parliament on Thursday (July 31), Anwar said the TVET programmes will also be extended to tahfiz students.
