Adam Schiff (D-CA) asked President Trump's nominee to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, Jeffrey Hall, who is currently acting Assistant Administrator, why the EPA dropped an investigation into GEO Group, a donor to Trump's campaign.
