AI, CCTV, Safety: Railways to Install Smart Cameras in Coaches at 100kmph

Indian Railways, using AI-powered CCTV cameras, will now monitor inside coaches even at speeds of 100 kmph. Aimed at boosting passenger safety, this move is part of a wider railway modernisation plan. Minister Ravneet Bittu confirmed this upgrade for a smarter and more secure travel experience.
