The trough of Tropical Storm Danas (formerly “Bising”) will continue to bring rains to parts of extreme northern Luzon, while the southwest monsoon (habagat) affects most of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Saturday, July 5.
