Israel launched strikes against Iran on Friday morning, saying that it targeted sites, military commanders and scientists related to Iran's nuclear program. The Israeli military also says Iran is responding with drone strikes. The attack comes shortly after the U.N. nuclear watchdog said Iran failed to comply with its non-proliferation obligations and days before the U.S. and Iran were to hold nuclear arms talks in Oman.
