Ahmedabad (Gujarat), June 12, 2025 (ANI): PM Modi held conversation with Amit Shah and Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, sources said. PM Modi has asked them to go to Ahmedabad and ensure all possible assistance is extended to those affected in the wake of the air mishap. All relevant agencies are on high alert and coordinated efforts are underway, informed Office of Rammohan Naidu. Earlier, Air India B787 Aircraft VT-ANB, while operating flight AI-171 from Ahmedabad to Gatwick crashed immediately after take-off from Ahmedabad. Thick smoke and dust billowed from the Air India plane crash site in Ahmedabad with 242 onboard, consisting of 2 pilots and 10 cabin crew.
