None of the six individuals aboard the capsized boat off Tanjung Harapan were believed to be wearing life jackets, complicating the search for two still missing.

North Klang District Police chief ACP S. Vijaya Rao confirmed that the boat was being test-driven by its owner when it overturned.

Police have recorded statements from three individuals, including a survivor, and are investigating the case under Section 280 of the Penal Code.
