Guwahati (Assam), May 31, 2025 (ANI): Assam Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Jayanta Mallabaruah said, "Guwahati is receiving heavy rainfall for the past 2-3 days...Three people died following a landslide in the Chapaidong area...Till today, five people have died due to heavy rainfall...We are making efforts to resolve the problem of waterlogging...Relief operations are underway in the affected areas..."
