Police have arrested a motorcyclist who allegedly snatched a gold chain from an elderly woman in Jelutong, Penang.

Northeast district police chief, ACP Abdul Rozak Muhammad said the suspect was detained near Jalan Lim Khoon Huat at 4am on Tuesday (May 27).
