Days after Pakistan attempted to target the Adampur air base in Punjab, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the base on Tuesday, lifting the spirits of the jawans who greeted him with salutes and smiles.

In response to India's Operation Sindoor, Adampur air base was one of the key targets by the Pakistani Army during the intervening nights of May 9 and 10.
