British Airways has resumed flights to Kuala Lumpur for the first time in five years, marking a significant milestone in strengthening the connection between Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

Speaking at the event to welcome the inaugural British Airways flight at KL International Airport Terminal 1 on Wednesday (April 2), Transport Minister Anthony Loke emphasised that the airline's return comes at a strategic moment, coinciding with Malaysia's preparations for Visit Malaysia 2026.
