Two federal judges on Monday criticized the Trump administration for deporting migrants, according to The Wall Street Journal. The judge argued that the Trump administration deported the migrants without giving them a meaningful opportunity to challenge their designation as gang members. U.S. District Judge James Boasberg upheld a deportation ban tied to Trump’s use of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act against alleged Tren de Aragua members. Judge Patricia Millett said U.S. law allows people labeled as enemies to challenge that designation. She criticized the lack of due process in recent deportations, saying even Nazis got better treatment under the same law during World War II.
