Half of the staff at a Westminster Chinese restaurant used as a filming location in Netflix’s spy thriller Black Doves were found to be working illegally when the venue was raided by immigration officers.The owners of Fei Er Cottage, near St James’s Park, are facing sanctions and fines of up to £240,000 after Home Office officials found four people employed without the correct visas or after illicitly entering the country.
