The Ministry of External Affairs has coordinated the rescue and repatriation of 283 Indian nationals who were victims of fake job offers in Myanmar and Thailand. An Indian Air Force aircraft was used to bring back the rescued individuals. The operation highlights the ongoing efforts to combat fraudulent job schemes targeting Indians in Southeast Asian countries.
