The White House has urged Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to strike a deal to give the U.S. access to its rare earth minerals, part of ongoing negotiations to end its war with Russia. Zelenskyy had expressed optimism in reaching a security agreement with the U.S. following a meeting with U.S. envoy Keith Kellogg in Kyiv.
