Russian President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday that Russia is ready for negotiations with Ukraine but claimed Kyiv shows no willingness to resolve legal issues.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Putin’s remarks, accusing him of trying to prolong the conflict. "Putin once again confirmed that he is afraid of negotiations, afraid of strong leaders, and is doing everything to make the war endless," Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram.
