Footage shows the scenes as Storm Eowyn wrecked a temporary canopy that had been installed on an auditorium roof.

The Sands Centre, Carlisle was closed on Friday and Saturday after the high winds caused damage to the canopy, which had been fitted as part of the RAAC replacement on the Sands’ auditorium roof.
