US Performers Snoop Dogg, Nelly and Carrie Underwood faced criticism on Monday, January 20, for performing at the Trump inauguration party.
People took to the X platform to voice their anger at the performers.
Donald Trump was sworn in as US president on Monday, ushering in another four-year term with a promise to push the limits of executive power.
The 78-year-old stood with his hand on a Bible inside the US Capitol just before noon ET (1700 GMT) and took the oath of office to "preserve, protect and defend" the U.S. Constitution, administered by Chief Justice John Roberts. His vice president, JD Vance, was sworn in just before him.
