Climate activists smear paint on Amazon House in Davos
Climate activists sprayed green paint over Amazon's House in Davos on Monday, January 20, as business and political leader started gathering to attend the World Economic Forum.
Demonstrators protesting over fossil fuel subsidies daubed orange symbols on the shop front where Amazon has set up a temporary base on the main street in Davos, as well as splattering green paint over the plate-glass windows.
The protest occurred as the WEF started in the Swiss Alps sky resort and it followed various other activist demonstrations taking place since Sunday (January 19) against the annual meeting.
