English-based clubs agree to play in Welsh League Cup

A massive revamp over club football in Wales is in the process of being finalised, which could see Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and Wrexham represent Wales in European competitions. The Football Association of Wales has also said it will mean upwards of 3 million pounds for grassroots football in Wales.
