Though this granddaughter lives three hours away, her grandma has always been her closest confidant, best friend, and source of unwavering support.

The distance might have kept them apart, but it never lessened the love they share. So, when her grandmother's birthday came around, she knew it was the perfect opportunity to show just how much she meant to her.

With snow covering the roads, she, her husband, and their son made the long drive to surprise her grandma.
