A brazen daylight robbery at a goldsmith shop in Bandar Hilir, Melaka, has been confirmed by local police, following the circulation of CCTV footage showing the incident.

Melaka Tengah OCPD Asst Comm Christopher Patit said the robbery happened on Friday (Dec 27) afternoon, when the mall was crowded and roads were already closed in preparation for the upcoming state-level New Year countdown.
