Binigyan ng parangal na Special Jury Citation ang "And the Breadwinner is..." lead star na si Vice Ganda. Nung una'y hindi talaga alam ni Vice kung bakit siya binigyan ng award, hanggang sa basahin ng presenter na si Dennis Trillo ang rason sa likod ng award na natanggap niya.

Nasabi na lang ni Vice: "Thank you very much. Oh, my God... I have long been waiting for this.

"At last finally, I am seen."

Nang matawa ang audience sa sinabi niya, agad na patuloy ni Vice, "Hindi joke yun."
