An estimated 10,000 participants are expected to join the anti-corruption movement organised by Suara Mahasiswa Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) on December 31.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday (Dec 26), Malaysian People’s Advocacy Coalition (Haram) deputy chairman II, Muhammad Zaim Zulkifli Ariff, described the gathering as a platform for uniting efforts in the fight against corruption and championing a more transparent governance system.
At the press conference, Haram also announced the launch of a national secretariat to strengthen its anti-corruption initiatives, expanding its efforts beyond Sabah to encompass the entire country.
