Meet Fergus Drennan, a 53-year-old professional forager with over 20 years of experience, who’s already planning next Christmas with his fully-foraged festive pudding.

Challenging himself to collect at least two wild ingredients each month, Fergus relies on nature’s seasons to source everything from Himalayan honeysuckle berries to birch polypore.

Following his passion, he continues to experiment and refine his unique Christmas Pudding, which always delights his family.
