On December 22, 2024, protesters from the Osmania University Joint Action Committee attacked Allu Arjun’s house in Hyderabad, demanding justice for the family of a woman who died in the ‘Pushpa 2’ screening stampede. The protesters, holding placards and chanting slogans, threw stones and tomatoes at the house in Jubilee Hills, breaking flower pots. They also demanded INR 1 crore in financial aid for the woman's family. Six individuals involved in the attack were arrested, but on December 23, 2024, they were granted bail by a city court. Telangana CM Revanth Reddy condemned the incident and directed the police officials to maintain strict law and order.
