An off-script moment became a highlight of the recent Christmas parade in Cambridge, Ohio.

The footage captures the parade temporarily halting due to an unexpected appearance. The surprise guest? Someone dressed as The Grinch.

Police swiftly diffuse the situation, arresting The Grinch while nearby leashed dogs seem eager to be set free to teach the intruder a lesson.

Looks like The Mean One will have to try again next year, as his attempt to steal Christmas failed spectacularly this year.
