"World's largest" indoor ice rink opens at Paris' Grand Palais
A giant indoor ice rink opened in Paris on Saturday, December 14, for skaters to enjoy over the Christmas season. With 3,000 square meters (32,000 square feet), organizers claim this is the world's biggest ephemeral indoor ice rink. Situated at Paris' Grand Palais, where fencing events took place during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, skaters will be welcome until January 8, 2025 when the ice rink will be dismantled.
