A decision on the Batu Puteh, Batuan Tengah and Tubir Selatan sovereignty issue, was made prior to the Cabinet meeting in May, 2018.

Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (pic) said it was in line with the chronology stated in Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report.
