Chicken Shawarma Recipe
Chicken Boneless ( Cut Into Strip ) 500 gm
Garlic / Lehsan Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli / Lal Mirch Powder 1 tbsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp or To Taste
Coriander / Dhanya Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger / Adrak Powder 1/2 tsp
Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
Mustered Paste 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Yogurt / Dahi 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix Well
Leave It For 30 Minutes
Pickle / Salad Preparation:
Capsicum / Shimla Mirch ( Cut Into Julienne ) 1/2 Cup
Cucumber / Kheera ( Cut Into Julienne ) 1 Medium
Vinegar / Sirka 2 tbsp
Mix Well Keep Aside
Shawarma Sauce Preparation:
Mayonnaise 1 Cup
Sesame Seed / Safiad Til 3 tbsp
Garlic Cloves / Lehsan 8 to 10
Pink Salt / Namak 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar / Sirka 1 tbsp
Whole Red Chilli / Sabut Lal Mirch 8 to 10 ( Soaked In Water )
Make Them Grind
Shawarma Making:
Oil 3 tbsp
Add Marinated Chicken
Cook Chicken 4 to 5 Minutes or Until Done
Keep Aside
Grease Pan With Some Oil
Brush Some Oil On Pita Bread
Grill Pita Bread Both Sides
Spread Shawarma Sauce
Add Peri Peri Hot Sauce
Vinegar Soaked Vegetable
Add Some Onion
Add Some Cabbage
Add Cooked Chicken
Add Shawarma Sauce
Roll It With Butter Paper
Chicken Shawarma Ready To Serve
